- Departmental and administrative requests such as access to archived evaluations, Banner course scheduling, textbook orders, etc.
If you are interested in TA-ing for the American Studies Department, open positions can be found on Handshake. Hiring for the upcoming academic year takes place in April/May of the preceding year (ex: the applications for Fall 2022, Winter 2023, and Spring 2023 TA-ships opened in April 2022). Reader positions are posted a couple months before the start of the relevant quarter and are dependent on enrollment. Announcements about applications should be sent out by your Graduate Program Coordinator, but if you have any other AMS questions, please contact me.
